Subscription Plans 

Enjoy 20% off your first subscription order, and receive a flat 10% discount on all subsequent subscription orders, plus free shipping every time.

At checkout, the recurring total may appear with the 20% discount applied. This is a display issue only. After your first order, all recurring charges will be billed at the product’s original price with a 10% subscription discount applied.

We offer a variety of subscription plans, each with its own features, duration, and pricing. Full plan details are available on our website, and by subscribing, you agree to the terms of the plan you select.

Subscription Process 

To subscribe to our services, you must complete the registration process, provide accurate and complete information, and agree to these terms. Once your subscription is confirmed, you will receive access to the subscribed services. 

Billing and Payments 
Subscription fees are billed once your order is fulfilled. Your subscription may be suspended or terminated if a payment is not successfully processed.  All sales are final. 

Automatic Renewal & Pause 
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription period, it will automatically renew for another term. You can pause your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customerservice@naturegnaws.com 

Cancellation and Refunds 
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your third order through your account settings on our platform by emailing customerservice@naturegnaws.com. Please note that subscription fees are non-refundable.

Changes to Subscription Plans 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan or service, or introduce new plans at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to your subscribed plan. 

Termination 

We may terminate or suspend your subscription for violation of these terms or any applicable laws. In such cases, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
